Fear is the result of endless desires, when the desires are not fulfilled that is called fear. Emotions play a very important part in our daily lives. Fear is one such emotion that is pre-programmed for all people and animals.
I believe that fear is natural, fear is something we all experience in our life’s, fear is good thing however in certain circumstances .you need to learn how to overcome your fear use your mind then fear can never stops you. We have to understand that fear is an emotion, it’s an emotional state that we experience and there is no difference on happiness, anger, frustration, or confidence these all are different emotions that we felt and express in our lives. A lot of people feel that I feel fear, I feel angry and frustrated because of some external sources. You have no control on the outside world but you have 100% percent control on your inner world, so what it means if you have full control on yourself so can control your body, language and your focus. If you have a command on these three things so you can rapidly change your way of thinking.

Be aware of your fear:
You have to acknowledge your fear. I f you do not do that and thinks that you have no fear so you cannot overcome your fear. You have to think what exactly you’re afraid off. You have to focus on is your fear has persisted with you for more than 6 months. You have to observe your inner thinking, and then you can work on it.
Investigate your fear:
Investigate the fear is a very good technique; ask you why I am afraid of this. When you question your fear, if I go to the bridge the bridge will collapse I am afraid of bridges, that is just your thinking this is not going to happen in reality so, When you question your fear, your fear becomes smaller and then you start realizing it that this is just your inside fear.
Intense side of your fear:
Instead of thinking negative side of the fear, you must try to watch bright sight of your fear. Fear gives us a challenge, a character-building opportunity. You have to focus on how I would felt after facing my fear. You have to train your mind to focus on how would I feel, don’t focus on that how I am feeling now, and with the help of this training your fear will start to transform into excitement and you are all ready to do new challenges. Try to re-frame your fear in a positive light and acknowledge the thrill it can offer. You have to start seeing fear as a source of opportunity or challenge.
Make a contingency plan:
If you’re afraid of that your plan will going to failed or something like that so always make a “plan B”, because things will not always go to a plan, it helps you to feels more confident and then you have no fear of failure. Prepare contingency plan for worst-case scenarios.
Develop problem solving skills:
If you want to overcome your future failure, then you have to develop your problem solving and creative thinking skills. These critical skills allow you to think more flexible and think in many ways. This technique provides you to think out of the comfort zone.
Adopt a beginner’s perspective, the way how beginners think, no matter you’re at a good post but you have to recheck your work for several time. When you approach something from beginner’s perspective, you are more alert and focused on your work. This technique helps you to overcome your all failures. When you’re over confident about something, you will naturally tend to ignore many things that what’s going around you. If you do this so cannot learn new thing and you have no alternatives approaches to get your task get.
